Relaxation - Haven of peace
Hi I’m Nalini
I have been doing daily relaxation session at the Bury Cancer Support for the last 9 years. As the centre is currently closed I have put a couple of relaxation recordings on YouTube which you will find under Relaxation Nalini, Haven of Peace and Haven of Peace 2 Coast.
Relaxation is beneficial to the body and mind at anytime not just when you are feeling stressed.
The relaxation lasts for about 20 minutes.
You can sit or lie down which ever is comfortable for you.
Cover yourself with a blanket, towel or wear an extra layer of clothing, as the body can cool down when you relax and it begins to slow down.
Let the room be quiet as you listen to my voice.
